This site is run by Shubhi Jain. This page explains what data is collected when you use theshubhi.com and how it is handled. The short version: I collect very little, I do not sell anything, and you can ask me to delete whatever I have.

What gets collected

When you fill out the contact form, your name, email address, and message are collected. That is it. I do not use tracking pixels, ad networks, or remarketing tools. The site uses standard analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read -- no personal data is stored in those logs.

How it is used

Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry. If we start working together, your contact details may be stored in a project management tool. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Vercel. Their privacy policy applies to data processed through their infrastructure. If a form is powered by a third-party service, it will be disclosed on that form.

Cookies

The site may use cookies for basic functionality (e.g., remembering a preference). No advertising cookies are set. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete any personal data I hold about you. Email me at hello@theshubhi.com and I will sort it out within a reasonable time.
